Unfortunately, you don't write about the problem. So, we cannot help a lot here. I've downloaded a second ago and haven't seen a problem. So, in general it's working. When you have problems that could be caused by a specific mirror server then just change them. On the SourceForge webpage

In addition to the information given in the previous reply from Marcus, you should be aware that the website openofficede you are attempting to download from is not an official Apache owned domain. It is registered to a person named Arne Koenig in Verden. The file [1] being offered for download
