I'm on the general mailing list for Apache Incubator, I like to see how
other projects are progressing in their incubation towards graduation.
This week I notice that the Apache FreeMaker project sent out the Vote for
resolution to graduate to TLP [2]
One thing caught my eye is their Maturity

this is not a fun file to edit and build btw...

While, I'm biased in favour of markdown files, though as I don't expect I'll be
editing it, I suggest that the best place for it to be is where it's easiest
for the people who do
