Agreed, this is my point actually. The flatter the project structure, the
easier it is for anyone to step up. This has been proven for years at the
ASF. Installing hierarchy will only slow things down.

This may seem too formal if you are new to the process, but the ASF takes
very seriously the topic of copyright and ownership of digital assets. This
is why linking to the page is a much safer path than simply lifting the
images.

The commit mode (RTC vs. CTR) is up to the PPMC. As Justin mentioned, RTC
can cause scalability issues. We should discuss it in the PPMC to come to a
decision as a community.

When it comes to neatly organizing each sub-project, you must consider if

Hi Von,
I glanced at this and I do not see any permissions related to the boards I
created. So, I'm going to create a JIRA issue with ASF Infra to look into
this matter to get the problem solved.

because it can hook directly into the git commit process preventing commits
until the review has completed successfully. I have used it with great
success in the past on a project with more than 30 team members committing

I actually agree with this request. Not only is a new major release is a
good time to change the package name, but given that this would be the
first release from the Incubator, it's a good idea to make this change now.

communicated via the Incubator website updates, so no need to provide this
information here. I am planning to handle the board report this week, so I
