You can follow the patch submission process, or host mock ups somewhere
and link us to them.
That said, the site should work with old browsers too. Using new
technologies is fine as long as the site is fully functional in their
absence too.

Our project website doesn't tend to be the source of many complaints, but if
you have some specific suggestions for improving it, we'd love to hear them.
atest technology to bring the site up to modern times. We could even build
a responsive layout so it flexes on mobile devices as well. I have loads of
ideas and keen to contribute back to the Apache Subversion community.
