It's using paths instead of actual font strings, but originally I (and gregg) have used Droid Sans for the Powered by text ans Syncopate Bold for the APACHE text. Can I assume that all the logos being proposed are donated to the ASF? I'm sure they are, but we need some sort of paper-trail to ensure. If someone is a committer with an iCLA then it's not really needed, but any from non-committers need verification. Even though this is under the jurisdiction of the docs project, it is
still commit-then-review, which is why I didn't just steamroll it
through to 2.4 right away. That being said, if no one objects, I'll
backport the new images to 2.4 today and get rid of the animated gif
('cause we really don't need that one, do we? ;) ).
