can't build for Rawhide in mock on arm03-packager00 because
/etc/mock/fedora-rawhide-armhfp.cfg refers to Fedora 30. The correct

This was just brought up on the users list as well. It's being corrected.

The PITA doesn't come from auto-detection, rather auto-selection of
(optional) dependencies. I tend to prefer explicit --with-* or --enable-*
flags for anything optional and fixed defaults.
