Since time pressure cannot always be applicable or appropriate though,

when every other page I've seen says
su - (or su -l)

How come the terminal activity takes so long to load?
On almost any system/OS it's near instantaneous, even back then with
Pentium 166's.

general experience is that the Flash plugin performs better in Firefox
3 than in MS IE or Opera 9.x.
Anyway, am installing 766 and will report back on Flash/Gnash test results.
