quite cumbersome and zeros also tend to
fill up the database, I would have preferred zeros to be non-significant
and just go with blanks. But then we would lose the above distinction.

I would like to underscore how crucial it is to save names for the OrgUnit
levels - most of DHIS2 will not work without it.
You need to go into Data Administration -> Organisation Units ->
Organisation Unit Levels and hit Save.

sensitive. This is quite a nuisance when for example importing from a
shapefile where the spellings otherwise match.
