I think that this is a great idea. The sad truth is that, even if
it's not immediately helpful in the aftermath of the Indian Ocean
tsunamis, there will surely be other disasters coming through the
pipeline later. And it's best to have a community set up and to get

I couldn't agree more. Someone may have already done this, but I haven't
seen any news reports about it yet. Unfortunately I don't have the
skills to create such a database, but I think it's a great idea.
