It really seems to do the business on 20 & 40 Metre Bands, but so far in
the 3 days the antenna has been up, I have heard nothing on 15 or 10.

If you "rename" the new port to one of the old ports that is now unused,
you'll have no problems.

The new units I have been looking at
Windows device manager is showing all the com ports 1 > 12 are in use .. but
i only have 3 usb to serial devices and 1 usb modem in the pc
using the port 'scanner' in HRD (press connect button) the window is
showing me that devices no longer in the pc are using the ports .. by 'a

AMTOR like PACTOR are ARQ modes.
Amtor does have a FEC mode to it. But it very hard
to find anyone using Amtor now days with all the
sound cards modes around today.
