to mimic what your finger would feel if there were a mechanical button to

I'd like that, but on a much larger scale. I want something the

If the research below makes anyone (re)consider user personas, in the past
week I wrote about how I struggled with how many user personas we needed for

One way to handle this would be to remove the icon along with the need to
save. If that could be done, I bet that would unnerve many users, though.

Digits get grouped differently in different countries, and the separators

course.

Yesterday one of my colleagues said that, when solving a problem, the response
IS the design. (That is, Response and Design are interchangeable synonyms.)
Really: Response = Design and Design = Response? Isn't it that Design
_leads_to_ the Response?
In my view, Design requires analysis and

Has anyone else noticed that pre-teen kids are less self-conscious or more
comfortable with video cameras, and also more aware of the remote/asynchronous
audience? I've seen some kids who, when the camera's on, do a great job of
including the remote viewer along with those physically present.
I'm not sure that illiteracy is the problem.
By the way, I'm not in the Excited States and don't understand the reference to
this canon that kids are supposed to be able to read and comment on, as a
demonstration of literacy.
