November 5, 2009 and will finish November 15, 2009.
GGL is being developed by Barend Gehrels, Bruno Lalande and Mateusz Loskot,

project.osgeo.org - project website with detailed info about docs,
downloads, mailing lists, dedicated menu, etc.
osgeo.org/project - short info sheet about a project that is hosted
externally, under its own domain
