I just experienced a similar problem with an mp3. Using SS 6.2.2's web interface I added a few mp3s to be played. The rest of the songs played fine, but with one particular song, the last few (10 or so) secs get chopped off at the same place every time. The odd thing is that if I clear the list

I never really know what to think about groups that do the weird capitalization thing. But that's not for a software author to decide. You as the owner of the files and the tags and the squeezebox get to make these tricky decisions yourself. The software should support, as an option, case insens

Hi snarlydwarf I have done a rescan, dump the library and re-scan and also deleted the .sql file and did a rescan. It still does not show up. This is only happening on the 3 albums that are ripped to 1 (each) .mp3 file even though there is a cover.jpg file in heach folder. -- fingers ---

Slimserver is sort of odd and annoying sometimes: If it finds an album with no artwork, then it will, until you do a full wipe/scan, remember that it has no artwork for "Browse by Artwork". I try to get artwork in place before Slimserver finds the new music if it finds it via Browse Music Fo

I have ripped 3 of my Trance/Dance CDs as one file (using Easy CD-DA Extractor). It allows me to rip the CD into one file and also create a Cue file that lists all the tracks. This way there are no dead gaps between tracks as one track blends right into the next as the CD does. SlimServer sees

I also downloaded and installed ID3TagIT3. It also shows the track tags correctly. EZ CD-DA Extractor has the option to ENABLE ID3V1 & ID3V2. Both are enabled by DEFAULT. Which one should I select when ripping? Here's something new. As the album in question here is an Ambience/Dance compilat
