Hi,
I used to have the local weather forecast as my standby screensaver,
but it may have been pre-qnap.
I have registered with Weather.com and put the rss for my local area
into rss feeds - but there doesn't seem to be a way of just selecting
this one feed. Selecting RSS news ticker as the

Yeah the SB gave up over night and the wireless problem/interference has

Well I answered my own question - this is a BUG in 6.3. I reinstalled
6.2.2 and the behavior is back to normal. Just to verify, I reinstalled
6.3 again, and it broke - and back to 6.2.2, and it behaves right.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it...why should I want to upgrade from
6.2.2 ever?

If its 192.168 then thats good... ping it from your server by

Since I have installed Slimserver 6.3.0 and a second Squeezebox V3, I
have been experiencing:
1. Erratic performance on the first Squeezebox: dropouts, and
sluggish/frozen responses on the VU meter. This is an intermittent
problem.
2. Enormous variability in the wireless signal strength.
This is either 2 or 3 different problems, with different sources.
The third one, the compilation albums not working, is a problem with

The reason it wasn't caught before release, as I understand it, is that
it only fails when compilation albums

I have a wired SB1 in the FR that I purchased in Dec 2004, so about 1.5

1) It randomly stops playing, drops out or pauses if you will. Then

sounding very 'ceramic' (best word for it)
