Just FYI, latest Squeezeplay plays 24/96 on my Win 7 laptop. Great FLAC tag checker/editor is Mp3tag; have used it for years with Squeezebox with good results. Full support for any tags you want including those mainly used with classical, e.g. COMPOSER, CONDUCTOR. -- Apesbrain

I does not really matter if it can't play 24/96 the server will transcode to 24/48 in the background, providing that you don't have some wierdo file types settings or custom transcoding rules that breaks this ability. -- Mnyb
