Not only do you have to pay for the updates to the tag database, but they only release it quarterly which could be a big problem for some people. I would hope they could atleast provide a free download .iso of the CD or something, but i cant see an mention on the site. Looks like they are using

We had a power cut yesterday and now I cant connect to my headless server running Clark Connect. The LED's on the network card are all flashing away but I cannot ping it or connect to it using either the management interface. It has been working fine for a good few months before the power cut.

I love SC7 but since I upgraded I have had the problem of when I start the player (SB3) the first song skips for a few seconds then it is fine after that. Wireless signal is 85%, is there a setting that fills the buffer before the player starts playing so this does not happen. Thanks, JDB --

What version did you previously use? I would assume that support would have suggested removing the SlimServer cache. It may be irrelevant in this case, but it was needed in one upgrade, and can't do any harm. -- danco
