In Mediamonkey Tools Options
asuming you speakers and amp in the bedroom , get a Touch there move the
reciever to drive the amp that feeds the built in speakers .
as Touch has a display it can be a clock or display cover art etc, so
it's best used in a visible location .

I have the same problem with another hardware : Iomega Iconnect. I
notice that sound crackles a lot when using alsa (my USB DAC is an E-MU
0204), but when I use Pulseaudio, sound is great. I don't know why such
a difference.

The kirkwood arm cpu doesn't handle Memory Mapped pcm devices.
Version 4.0+ of 'squeezeplug' (http://squeezeplug.eu) has a kernel with
this patch applied.

for the Squeezebox Player ?
Wouldn't that be great? Turning any (and all your) squeezebox players
around the house into an AirPlay rceivers :-)

I just installed the app on the branf new galaxy and unfortunatly i can
confirm that it's not working. I used the 15 minute grace period and
then uninstalled so i'm unable to reproduce the error. Discovery of the
server seemed to work but it connecyed to the servername, which is
unknown on the

arch linux. I try to understand what you describe and I think the
actual problem is not really there, because some USB audio device can
support mmap, so I think, the solution should be to use a specific

tablets? Seems like the Playlist titles are overlapped by the album
