I'm trying to get SoftSqueeze working on my work PC, so that I can listen to
music on my home system.
My home system's firewall opens ports 9000 (web port) and 9001 (CLI) over
TCP, and 3483 over TCP and UDP. A

The Duet was hooked into the right input. I bought a new (better)
tuner/amp same problem! As I was hooking up the speakers to the new
tuner I noticed that the speaker wire was unusually thick substituted
it with 16 gauge and now the Duet works fine on both tuner/amps.

Is there a way to select a preferred AP list from within the SB?
I now have a strange problem with one of my two wireless SB2s: About
once or twice a day, my SB2 in the office attaches to the WiFi access
point in the living room (60 feet away) instead of the AP in the Office
(10 feet away).
How does it connect to the second access point without the WPA key? If
you never supply it, is it possible it'll never connect? Change your
key on the wireless router you don't want it to connect to.

Am I confused or did this option go away. It now only has an option to
load on login. It's been bugging me after Windows automatic updates
that do reboots and such. Used to be a non-issue.

After a lot of research, I finally narrowed down the cause of the rescan
bug.
It is version 5.0.51 of MySQL that has an ORDER BY bug when GROUP BY is
used in the code SqueezeCenter code.
Downgrading to MySQL 5.0.45 and the bug went away.

Depending on the AP, it may well be possible to restrict access to it to
certain MAC addresses. That could be inconvenient, for instance if a
friend brought over a laptop and wanted to connect. But you can use
this method to prevent the SB from connecting to this AP.
