Did you have a previous version of Slim that worked ok? Are you hooked up via wi-fi? If you think it's a software issue, I would simply uninstall slim and reinstall a fresh 7.0. Be sure to go to your userpref folder and also delete the Squeezecenter preferance pane. I installed yesterdays

Hmmm, you could try repairing permissions and see what happens. If that doesn't work I would try installing 6.X over the top of 7.0 and if that works, you could install 7.0 again. Mabye unplug your Squeezebox for a minute? Basic stuff, but who knows. -- yooper
