I haven't used emachineshop to actually make parts, but I did model a part and get it quoted- the prices were pretty competitive. The biggest drawback for me was that I would have to redraw parts, since I already model them in SolidWorks. I have had great success with http://www.mfgquote.com

You could always depend on gravity to hold it in. The unit will be back-heavy, and will want to rotate in that direction. The frame will prevent it from rotating into the wall, so all you need to do is prevent it from slipping down. The mounting bracket itself might be enough to do that, or

Thanks for the complement. I've gone through a few prototypes, until I became satisfied with this one. As far as installation, I have a couple of ideas. The first is to make clips out of some pretty resilient metal I have around that will be glued onto the back of the faceplates with Gorilla
