If you are comfortable with the help files, then the bug#80430 [1] has a
list of missing help files that LibreOffice need.
Everything written for the help files can (and will) be reused in the
Guides books and vice versa, modulo some adjustments. There is a big
overlap of contents

I'm not sure that "allow to" is such an enormous problem with the help
files. There are only 8 help files which use "allow to" or "allows to", and
only one of them has more than one occurrence, so manual change is easily
possible - no automation needed.
A far larger problem is
