I am converting from pre-1.8 to Doxygen 1.8.3. I want to be sure I am using
the HTML_EXTRA_STYLESHEET control the way it is intended (this is a great
feature!). If I use HTML_EXTRA_STYLESHEET, should HTML_STYLESHEET be left
blank, or should it reference the stylesheet you can generate using "-
