Kim userenv.dll is not on the win98 CD according to sfc. I downloaded it from the internet and it is no longer flagged in Dependency Walker. In pink are these ADVAPI32.DLL, KERNEL32.DLL, NTDLL.DLL as branches of userenv.dll as well as Ole32.dll shell32.dll. Apphelp.dll is still in yellow of
