According to the vendor's web site:
http://www.n3fjp.com/INTDx.htm
It exports ADIF.
So, export the log as an ADIF file. Then import the ADIF file into DX4WIN.

You might consider creating a new/lank DX4WIN file first, then import

I am trying to import contest logs into DX4WIN, using the ADIF format. I
want the name of the contest imported, to be displayed as a Notes For This
QSO. The ADIF file has the name of the
of the contest to import
into Notes.
Thanks!

I found a program from VE3IAY called CBR2ADIF, that takes my TRLog Cabrillo
files and converts them to ADIF format, which DX4WIN imports easily. This
is working pretty well.
One thing it does that I do not like is that it puts some things in the
Notes for this QSO field that I don't like.
