Hi all
I am running into a major problem trying to import an Excel file.
Actually, I just got an excel file of FB8ZP's log dating back 1983,
which I will probably upload to LoTW.
I have been working first on the excel file itself, and have already
solved some problems.
I had to change ALL

ViestiI have just accidently deleted the ADIF option in the Import/Export menu.
Could someone let me know which file it is, please? Is it the one with the
IEP extension in the SAVe directory?
I can copy from a back-up directory, but only want to copy the relevant file.
Many thanks,

Hi Bob,
I wrote a utility to aid in the import of ADIF logs into DX4WIN:

It was originally geared towards WriteLog, but I've been enhancing it

programs put the exchange information (i.e.

WriteLog ADIF file to a native DX4WIN import format. You will still

the DX4WIN manual (Filter - Edit Group Names).
Does this help?

When I select Edit Group names. The side slide works just fine. But when I go
to filter/ selection the slide will not work at all. Maybe it is not suppose
to work. I gather If I want the contest to be stamped on import with that name
I have to select that contest from the selection drop
The slide bar only works when you're ADDING a new selection - try it!
