Okay about the comments on moving the buttons
around on the scrollbar.
Maybe the skinning standard can include to ability
to define the location and even the sizes
of 'floating' objects in a widget.
Each floating object would have an ID like
.floating=0, and .floating=1
or something like t

Post Script: I am not saying more coplex widgets
and components are bad, only that we need to maintain a base of simple widgets
to allow for siple tasks to be completed by simple users.
