Might check your crystal filter alignment. The K3 utility also shows a
matrix of when a filters is enabled for each mode.

Yes, I would check the crystal configuration. When I originally built
mine, I left the FL1 slot open for future AM or FM filter and put my
2.8KHz filter in FL2. At some point I also noticed I had no audio and
this is because the width knob was turned wider than 2.8 so the K3 was
trying to use

I think I found it - try looking in your K3 Utility, under the Crystal Filter
Configuration - there you will find the enable / disable for USB and LSB for
each of the filters you have installed.
