northern South America, moving northwards and getting weaker as time went
by, disappearing into the noise at 02:25Z approx coming over Greenland. A

Thanks for the help. One of the ops had gotten that radio misconfigured
by hitting the wrong button, and then compounded the problem by poking

is the PS 1221, a 2.1Ah battery in the same case size.
Other UK alternatives in the same case size also appear to be 2.1 or 2.2 Ah.

Has anyone experimented with the KDSP2 denoiser settings and found a more
pleasant setting for both CW and SSB settings. Mine is still at the default
settings and I would like to change them something a little better.

Please expand on this. I have never used a PSK application, but how
K1 2194 is Haze Gray and underway! It arrived Friday. Inventory was complete
(except 1 spare 4-40 star washer).
Even after making a paper model before I ordered, I really did not comprehend
the size of this thing until I gazed at the front panel. Amazing !

Just when you thought tuning knob threads were over for good, here is
another. This time for my K1. I like large knobs. My friend had a HRO 500
with a tuning knob the size of a kids wagon wheel. Just right. The K1 knob
is 1.25 in. in diameter. My Sierra knob is 1.50 in. in diameter. It
