I agree, the band switch buttons are very handy--love them.
However did you see my post about the software bug related to power
level/band switching?
On mine I find 35 watts to be way too much drive...seems like 26 or 27
is all it takes for full power.

That is actially intended and was part of the request for this option. Several
FTs asked us to add a menu enabled feature where the rig dropped into stand-by
on a band change, so that they could then retune their manual ATU. This allowed
them to avoid faulting the amp if they forgot to do so.

Sorry if this bothered you. But a few of the Elecraft reflector members had
commented earlier that they were not getting the Elecraft reflector emails
over the weekend. I had the same issue during the same timeframe but was
able to get just a bit more info as to why it was happening.
If it's a local print shop, they should have a set of Pantone color samples
you can borrow and find the one that pleases you. Note that Pantone colors
go in steps. They are not a continuous color gamut that covers all possible
hues you can see. However, you should be able to find one that is close

honestly don't understand why it is such a big deal for some folks. If
you need accurate relative readings, such as when plotting antenna
patterns or something, you just pick some settings and leave them
