Hello,
Expect more activity from Australia on 7 and 14 MHz.
VK licence structures have just changed, and now former novice and
novice limited hams will have the new standard licence, which allows
access to all HF bands, except 1.8MHz & WARC.
Previously they were restricted to 3.5, 21 and 28MHz,
An article written by myself on constructing the T1 tuner, has been
published in the April issue of Amateur Radio Magazine (Australia).

I have been using for 2 years, an HL-200BDx with the K2. It puts out
200W with 10W drive or less, depending on the band.
so far it has worked perfectly and has high levels of protection.
Requires a good DC supply, i have a big battery bank as I'm on solar
power.

Is there a way to test the 51R resistors in circuit? Also I imagine
these must be non-inductive, ie film resistors, not wire-wound?
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot would be welcome.

Please make available a transparent case so I can show off to the local

Hi, I have installed the optional roofing filter into my KX3 #4559.
The manual advises that bandwidth switches to 3000Hz when Weaver

When tuning the K3 the dynamic range of signals and noise on the P3 display

It settles back as soon as the knob is not moving.
