The high dollar way to go is an HP 4195A. Roughly $30 K new, don't know what the used market looks like. But if it were me and I were looking for an inexpensive route, I wouldn't buy a single thing. I would use my spectrum analyzer with tracking generator, or if no TG, then rf signal source. I

I have been using CRC 226 manufactured by CRC Industries for the RCM lubrication. This is a conductive lubricant and will not degrade the shielding effectiveness. Our chamber manufacturer sprayed this on the doors of our new chambers before measuring the shielding effectiveness. I have seen

For what it's worth, I know Instrument Specialties uses WD40 as a lubricant in the BeCu shielding stock manufacturing process. They found WD40 to be superior to most other forms of lube in the bending forming process. I have used it for years on all the chamber doors I was responsible for. In

I didn't know you could use lubricant on a chamber door. Our chamber manufacturer told us not to use any kind of lubricant and to just clean the knife edge with Acetone (de-greaser). If there is a lubricant that can be used and would not effect the function of the seal on the door, please tell.
