Jim, You don't need a number if you follow the instruction Bob provided (to have NVLAP include the CNS 13438 scope). BSMI does conduct laboratory assessment for labs located outside of Taiwan. There is no benefit to go through this route if your lab is NVLAP/A2LA accredited. For Taiwan's
