Thank you very much. We have several different types of batteries.
Lithium
battery is one of them. I believe the Japanese requirement starting November
20, 2008 is for the lithium battery.

Hello Grace, If it is a Lithium battery then it does require a (PS)E mark by
November 10th what type of battery do you have?
