Since April of 97 I've been in telecoms, but I have worked with computers about 14 years. For the past few years, for computers, anyway, one may either obtain FCC certification as before, obtaining and applying an FCC ID for Class B equipment, or self certify, generate a Declaration of Conformity

Hi Chaz, Yes, that is allowed as part of the new (10/1/97) FCC rules using the DoC procedure - check Part 15 Sec 15.102 (interesting reading). That label certainly generated questions in our group when we first saw it. A related question is what about incorporating one of these PCs INTO a product
