Maybe someone in the group knows the following information.
Which are the electrical safety standards applicable to battery back-up systems
with respect to CE marking? EN 60950 states that it is not applicable to battery
back-up systems, which are not integral
Does anyone know the status of EN 61236-1. I don't think it is published in
the O.J. at this time and if not then a manufacturer cannot self-declare to it.

Yes; CB Scheme Deviations to IEC 950 are listed in CB Bulletin No. 89A I.
I don't believe you will find CB Bulletins on the Web as they are
copyrighted materials. But you can find other useful CB Scheme info on
the CB scheme website: www.cbscheme.org

Hello,
I am looking for the CB Scheme national deviations to IEC 950. I
believe that they are specified in CB Bulletin 89A I. Can anybody
verify this? Also, does anyone know if the CB Bulletin's are on the

harmonics testing. We have found it to be satisfactory for performing
preliminary measurements.

EN55104, immunity requirements for household appliances, has been
referenced in the OJ. But, CENELEC withdrew the standard as of
1997-08-01 and replaced it with EN55014-2 which has not been referenced

Chase EMC still produce the wall chart as Gert Gremman suggested.
Unfortunatly they see to no longer produce the nice laminated version
