Koh , EN60335-1 is not the appropriate standard for your purposes, and I'd be very suspicious of the supplier who claims it is. There is no such standard as EN60335-2-207. IEC742/EN60742 is definitely not the same as EN60335. EN60742 was the standard for plug-top (and other) transformers
