Jeff, The calibration procedure will not change. The equipment requirements WILL change. You will still need all of the same type of equipment (field probe, amps, signal generator, power meter, etc.) but the power requirements will go up as a squared function of the field level, and the cost

I don't understand why calibrating the field at higher intensities would require a different technique than already outlined in 61000-4-3. That quiet zone determination should work regardless of level. When you get to the point where you are power limited, then you may see problems. If you are

Hi Joe, The submittal process for CCC certification is the same for all regulated products including security equipment. There are two IEEE papers discussing this process, one is EMC in China (2002 IEEE EMC sumposium), and the other one is CCC Mark Certification (2005 product safety symposium).

John, In my experience... For part 15, the FCC rules always make reference to the AC Mains connection. There is no reference in rules to making measurments of DC conducted Emissions that I am aware of. This stands in contrast to the EU standards that do in fact indicate conducted limits on DC
