Can you point us to some information regarding the boot options or could
you give some pointers as to what to do. I would like to look at some
performance improvements as I use the D525 board a lot.

The power supply on my PC took a dump, I put in a picoPSU-120 but stupid me I
cut off the 12volt plug and hook the picoPSU-120 power leads up to 120 volts,
this blew the main power fuse. I then put in a regular PC power supply and now
after getting the PC up and running I can not start E

You can download the 5i25 firmware from the LinuxCNC forum under the
subcategory Pncconf and it is in one of the stickies in there. Then you
can install it into your system and run it for the 5i25. Peace

"run from line" only works on files with line-numbers in Touchy.
Thanks all - ran my machine with tool in air, spindle off, for just over 3
hours, and it lost about 1/2mm in the X direction, so it looks like I'll
have to re-visit the G540 tuning, and so forth.
I had this issue a while ago, and thought that it was solved, but it's

I use 5i25 gpio to control misc. relays. On LinuxCNC startup pins toggle
for part of a second. How to avoid this?
I tried swapping lines with setp ...invert_output and setp ...is_output,
but this didn't solve the problem.
