I have found that even simple things like the addition of a mail account
require Evolution to be restarted. I have a feeling it only reads its
config when its initializing. And the last (prior to todays, which
works) nightly snapshot wouldn't go past the splash screen for me.

Was trippin on this for awhile, but i found out that it is created by sshd when
a user logs via ssh, when X11 Forwarding is enabled in sshd_conf.

missing some important part of the equation? is there something wrong with

? It is a low traffic
site and rotating once a month would probably do fine... I set it for a day
so that tomorrow I can tell if it is rotating. I also created a fresh
access_log.
Does anybody know for sure what can keep this from rotating?
