Should the EV drag racing restriction be specifically mentioned in the charter?
It seems like something that goes out in the footer of every message might
warrant inclusion in the charter.

I was a driver in the 1968 Great Electric Car Race for Caltech along with
Ron Gremban and Wally Rippel. I joined Electric Fuel Propulsion in 1970
and went to Cornell and helped prep the AMC Hornet pure electric entrant
that won first place. I also helped prep the second place car.
