A lot. The L3 system is CHAdeMO. You need the inlet plug, the high
current wiring, probably the plastic shroud it all goes in, and the
charger it connects to. You can probably grab all of that out of a
wrecked vehicle (hopefully a rear end or side collision) but I still
don't know how much the car
Think hard whether it's worth having L3 for a Leaf. You got a 2011
model, which is what I have.
After 8 years, I get about 30-40 miles range in winter and I simply
don't try to go very far with it. Yet, that 30-40 miles (up to 50-60 in
summer) is plenty for everything we do in the city.
