Cor, I suppose the question is what didn’t I replace. I kept the basic truck, the battery box, most of the motor to transmission adapter (although I had to rebuild it after the stainless shaft sheared off all the inner splines), and the transmission. I’m using a Manzanita Micro PFC40WC

Paul, What mods did you do to your US Electricar? I have only modified the battery (installed 2 full Leaf packs in the original battery box) but I am planning to add a separate (and higher power) charger than the Dolphin mostly to increase efficiency and not have to run the water pump all the
