[Evolution] Need color-schemes that show vertical scroll bars

Right now running evolution 3.19.90 under Ubuntu 16.04.  Only color theme that shows vertical scroll bars on evolution is highcontrast.  However, that color scheme blanks out text that is highlighted.  What color scheme should I be using? Thank you,
