Here's a question with probably a very simple answer: Why can't you access personal
distribution lists from OWA? Is this a feature or a bug?
Thanks,
Rob

People ask questions about all versions of Exchange. We rarely see
questions from anything before 5.5. Most of the questions are, indeed,
about 5.5. But there are also some about 2000.

I'm not sure exactly what you have in mind. But to view the permissions
on a mailbox, you go into AD Users and Computers. Then you open up the
individual in question, click on the Exchange Advanced tab, then click
the Mailbox Rights button.

Here's a somewhat off-topic question. How do you store your tapes? We
have a small network, and a lot of backup tapes. I know many of you have
larger networks than we do, so must have a sh*tpile of tapes. How do you
store them? Right now ours are just laying on a table (except for the

My understanding is that you must do a Front End/Back End arrangement,
and you have to use the Enterprise version of Exchange 2000. The Front
End box doesn't have to have much on it--no mailboxes, that is--but it
has to have E2K on it.
