Are the users offsite via VPN? Outlook is sensitive to packet fragmentation. Weird stuff occurs like the user can receive email but cannot send it. Try lowering the MTU, stepping down from the max in 10's. Also see if the vpn client or router supports udp encapsulazation. Tim. x3683
