If you develop a custom application via LDAP or use Directory
Transformation Manager (DTM) from Imanami and be done in 45 minutes.
DTM lets will check for duplicates, automatically create contacts in
your GAL, and sets a schedule to keep your changes synchronized.

actuality it is not there.
With a restore, is there a certain file(s) I need to restore and where
would I place them in order to get the GAL relisted?

I forgot to ask one more question in my previous post. After I create the
new GAL with the new attributes, how can I go about replacing the Default
One (that they don't allow you to delete) with the one I just created - so
on the Outlook Clients, when they click
Right-click your new GAL, give permissions.
Right-click the original GAL, take away permissions.
Make sure you leave permissions for yourself any other admins. Lots
of people lose access to the GAL and then ask I denied everyone perms
to my GAL, how do I do that? And then people tease you
this thing show up?

Your right, you can still send to a hidden mailbox, but when you compose a
message and try to select a hidden user out of the GAL they are not listed

Does anyone know of a tool that could synchronize Exchange Gal's
across multiple forests?

it. A good way to think of this tool is a cheaper and
easier solution than meta directory services.

It will work as a synch tool
Change Obj-Class column to reflect Remote in every row. You may want to
remove some other unnecessary other columns as well.

Don't forget the column Mode where you put Create in the whole column.

But if assigned to admin group everyone in container or do I need resource
