We have a few companies that we would like to have all there email users as contacts in our GAL. Is there a way to export / import their GAL into ours? Or if they could be linked somehow over the internet? Also if they add / delete / change users how would that work? We have Exchange 2000 others

Right-click your new GAL, give permissions. Right-click the original GAL, take away permissions. Make sure you leave permissions for yourself any other admins. Lots of people lose access to the GAL and then ask I denied everyone perms to my GAL, how do I do that? And then people tease you

Your right, you can still send to a hidden mailbox, but when you compose a message and try to select a hidden user out of the GAL they are not listed in the GAL, which if the way it is suppose to be. I'm trying to figure out a way for it to not show in the GAL but to show up in the Containers
