Exchange backups

I presently have an exchange server 5.5 SP4 running on a NT SP6a. This machine is our PDC, Exchange server, OWA server and Blackberry server. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way or a package to do backups of the whole box including the exchange databases to a file. Mario Fernandez
