 Yes, a phase transition as seen from the US natal chart is concerned.  As 
stated before, the  US is now undergoing the major period of Rahu in 
conjunction with Mercury, both of which are placed in the 8th house of mystery 
and transformation.  In other words, the US is now going through a 
transformation as a nation and as an economic power.  As signified by Rahu and 
Mercury, the US will be transformed by artificial intelligence in its culture 
and economy. 
 

 We are already seeing the effects of this trend recently in the development of 
the smart phones, self-driving cars and medical diagnoses performed by 
artificial intelligent machines.  As I see it, the American culture will be 
adopting more of these AI technologies in its infrastructure.
 

 At the same time, these technologies will raise fundamental and philosophical 
questions relating to the consciousness of artificial intelligent machines in 
the future.
 

 From what I understand, it is possible for the deep neural networks to learn 
and mimic the five senses of the human body through algorithms.  The current 
technology has been able to refine computer vision to make computers understand 
pictures without human intervention.  And the computers can make unusual 
predictions based on this vision to make unusual predictions about humans and 
the world based on the big data from the internet.  It's only a matter of time 
when computers will be able to learn algorithms to acquire the other senses 
that are inherent in humans.
 

 Would it be possible for AIs to acquire super intelligence with their super 
senses, albeit based on mathematical algorithms?

David R. Hawkins had a fair critique for understanding some of this uncertainty 
in the collective.  He had a developed ‘map’ as the scale of consciousness that 
was calibrated on a logarithmic scale of 0 to 1000.  

 Hawkins was saying that only some few years ago did humanity calibrate 
reaching a 207 on the scale, 200 being just the point at which people can 
discern truth from falsehood for themselves. 

 One wonders if Hawkins were still around if he would calibrate that humanity 
has dropped below 200, to something more in the range of 175 again.  His map 
seems descriptive of something more coarse that is more in the collective now.  
On Hawkins’ system of vetting, people calibrating below 200 can’t discern truth 
from falsehood for themselves.

 Below 200 people are incapable of discerning, they do the best they can but 
they are unable.  They tend to just asserts things without much perspective. 
 In dipping to below 200, people lose the ability to discern truth from 
falsehood and will live promoting in a world of lies.

dense, in noticing the palpable cultivated spiritual energetic bubble which has 
been around Jefferson County and Fairfield is compressed. People in the 
Fairfield, Iowa satsang are noticing that and do comment on their own about it. 
 The ongoing group meditation in the Dome still is quite spiritually activated 
as a place to Be in. Its contrast is remarkable.

they altered the outcome in order to deliver the electoral results that 
occurred and it would have required a level of prediction that they couldn't 
have possessed, imho.  I think your real beef may be with the Electoral 
College.  After all, Hillary *won* the popular vote - hackers or no hackers.

Hillary soundly won the  popular vote and the Trumpster squeaked by in the 
electoral college.  If you believe that the President should be elected based 
on popular vote, than the "true" winner of the election has been declared.

This seems to be what is known about the hacks as far as what has been released 
publicly:
   
   - Russia orchestrated the hacking of the Democratic National Committee and 
other political organizations of the Democratic Party.   
   

   - Russia's hacks were aimed at helping Trump, according to the CIA, while 
other US intelligence agencies do not commit to this.   
   

   - Russia breached GOP individuals and organizations prior to the election.   

   
   - Republican House members.
   - GOP thought leaders. 
   - GOP non-profits.   
   

   
   - Some evidence the Russian government bankrolled "troll farms" that spread 
fake news about Clinton.   
   

   - Found digital footprints of individuals tied to the Russian government who 
had been on intelligence agencies radar before.   


There appears to be little evidence that actual voting was hacked leaving the 
influence of the information released and the influence of fake news as factors 
that could sway peoples' minds. 
There were also plenty of false and inaccurate statements made by the campaign 
participants themselves that apparently influenced people as well, so it is 
difficult to quantify how much this might have swayed voters.
Influence is a better word than stolen in this case. To steal votes would 
require that votes, say for Clinton, were transferred illegally to Trump in the 
voting precincts.
To steal means take another person's property without permission or legal right 
and without intending to return it.
The election of 1948 is widely regarded as the greatest upset of all time. 
Harry S. Truman, who had ascended to the presidency after Franklin D. 
Roosevelt's death, was given zero chance to win — his approval rating was 36 
percent. 
He'd come up through one of the most notoriously corrupt party machines of the 
time, and he’d been fighting a Republican Congress since 1946. Henry Wallace, a 
former vice president, broke away from the Democrats and ran as a "Progressive" 
candidate. 
The Democratic establishment launched several frantic "Dump Truman" efforts. At 
the convention in Philadelphia, a mass of southern delegates walked out in a 
dispute over a civil rights platform plank, later to run Strom Thurmond as the 
States Rights Party candidate.
It was all about the Republican-controlled 80th Congress, which Truman 
castigated for what it hadn't done. Truman promised to call the Congress back 
into special session in two week's time, on July 26, and he did. The 
Republicans blocked every measure Truman proposed, including civil rights,

I notice that aspect too.  Like what was the spiritual atmosphere has become 
dense, in noticing the palpable cultivated spiritual energetic bubble which has 
been around Jefferson County and Fairfield is compressed. People in the 
Fairfield, Iowa satsang are noticing that and do comment on their own about it. 
 The ongoing group meditation in the Dome still is quite spiritually activated

 Obama just issued sanctions against Russia for the hacking of the election.  
So the story continues until Obama leaves office on January 20, 2017.  
Meanwhile is making up stories to invalidate the sanctions as soon as he takes
