I like it! Though, to be honest, real ice cream is (or was) my preferred cheat
food. With my weight as low as it is, I can justify cheats a few times a week,
but I finally linked blasts of carbohydrate intake to insanely painful leg
cramps. The worst offender is a brownie, no doubt due to the

Supposedly I have an allergy to sugar and milk in a combo so ice cream
is bad for me. It seems to depend on the ice cream though. Anything

More Crowley smut and bullshit from the resident rumor-monger.
Nappy will always revile you for having the curiosity and courage to bring out

Not surprisingly, Rich Archer is confused. The bit about Crowley was from
Richard and meant for Rick Archer's brother in rumor-monging; MJ.
The rumors about him being avoided by old friends are from people visiting
Fairfield on a regular basis and who also used to know him.

Interesting how little has changed in 50 years. Just better gear (we
didn't have synths back then, that took another decade and they weren't

Yes the mainstream media is coming to understand the real benefits of the real

You only use the rude language because you know that you have no argument, you

Mike,
She's from Australia and now living in SF. She's got a concert in October at
the Fillmore here in SF. At the concert today, she had a new keyboard player

Bhairitu,
The chord progressions the band was using were not that difficult. But she
made the difference in the delivery. Plus, the new drummer she had today was
funkier than the one in the clip. She could have used more background vocal
harmonies to make her performances better.
