Chris is right. After each feeding, I used to take a warm, wrung wash
cloth and "groom" each kitten the way mom would. Don't be too vigorous
with the elimination thing. Mom does it with her tongue, sort of just
getting them relaxed and things flowing. Be careful not to chafe him.

Good to see you back Patti. I hope the memory thing works its way out (or back in) very soon. It must be very frustrating. I'm glad you are starting to feel better. tonya[EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Hi all! Guess I overdid my computer time yesterday cause my one (still good) eye gave out.
I think that's a good idea Tonya. I'm so sad about our little tabby
prince. I doubt you'll sleep soundly enough to cause the other one any
harm. Tuck him up close under your chin, that way you won't roll over
on him. I'll be thinking and praying tonight that he's still with us in

If you do check with the various Humane Society
websites on where you shot an animal. There are various places on each
animal that is more kind than others. Quite literally a bullet will bounce
off the skull of some, causing more pain. Believe it or not, there are
guidelines showing where
The gray tabby has died. The solid gray seems to be in good shape. The kitten that died did poop several times which I took as a good sign. The living gray kitten seems to be doing ok. He will nurse, and he has urinated, but that's all so far. I read on a website to massage the a
Michelle, I'm sorry about both of these losses. I've been in similar circumstances with wildlife. I'm actually considering getting a gun to put an animal out of its misery and I HATE guns. t[EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: This is not about a cat, but with Gray gone I feel I want to tell

I would feed them more often than that esp since you fear that they

Why would you jump to the idea of a tumor on her spine?? It seems much
more likely that she's injured herself somehow. Is she putting any

I decided to research Lyme in cats, since we have tons of deer ticks and my
dog Chip once had sudden lameness from Lyme (though she also was very
sick). I had been told by a vet that cats don't seem to get Lyme, but this
article says they do. Has anyone ever heard of a cat getting Lyme? Wond

Thanks, Tonya. I don't think anything is broken-- no swelling, she puts a
little weight on it, and she lets me palpate it. My worry is that there
might be something other than an injury that can cause this. I did some internet
research and it said some auto-immune disorders can do this, but
Michelle, I had this happen before and they told me unless there was a break there was nothing to be done except confine him (in my case) and give pain meds if it seemed necessary. We didn't do that. Unless you think something's broken I think Patches can wait till you get off if you can't go
